I’m Mauro, an International UIAGM Mountain Guide. For years, I’ve followed my passion across the Alps, Patagonia, and the high peaks of the Karakorum. I’ve been living in Arco since 2001 — the same year I founded my mountaineering school as a way to share my love for the mountains with you. I’ve selected a team of skilled, passionate local guides I’m proud to work with. They’ll take you into the mountains with the same spirit that’s guided me from the beginning.
Description
From the shores of Lake Garda, you will quickly gain altitude among the olive trees and can admire the valleys between Riva del Garda and Arco from above. The speed of the E-MTB is ideal for you to understand and appreciate how quickly the vegetation around you changes.
You will move from Mediterranean scrub to an atmosphere rich in tradition and history, that of Lake Tenno, one of the most beautiful and colorful lakes in the Alps.
Here you can stop for a dip in the small emerald-colored lake if you like.
It will be up to your group to decide the pace at all stages of the tour and between breaks to think about lunch. You can reach authentic mountain huts or farmhouses from Tenno to savor true local traditions.
Both in the ascent and descent phases, the guide will know how to identify the most suitable route for the group, being able to avoid, if necessary, any kind of technical difficulty, or vice versa adding a little spice to the tour.
From a physical point of view, on the other hand, this tour is not too challenging with proper engine and gear management. The guide will be there with you to make suggestions.
The group size is a maximum of 6 people per guide.
